Lose yourself in the clouds in Jetstream, a relaxing puzzle game about guiding planes to their destinations. Jetstream has been designed to be an elegant and frictionless experience – allowing players to lose themselves puzzling over the carefully crafted levels.
Jetstream was originally Streamline, an abstract puzzle game developed as part of the Ludum Dare 34 competition in December 2015. After placing 8th overall in the competition and 4th in the fun category, out of 1231 entries, we made some improvements to the prototype and showed it around for feedback.
We decided to use the prototype as a basis for a full game, and at the beginning of 2017 production began in earnest on the game, now named Jetstream. Jetstream is currently in active development, and set to be released in 2019 on PC and mobile.
“It’s really elegantly designed, one of the most frictionless games I’ve ever played… [it] keeps getting deeper and more interesting.”
– Tom Francis, creator of Gunpoint, Crate & Crowbar – Episode 167
